ISPOR Europe 2019 academic program features the ODN and Innovative Payment Agreements research undertaken by the CODE team

The Collaboration for Oncology Data in Europe (CODE) team will be presenting twice at ISPOR Europe 2019, taking place 2-6 November in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Ashley Woolmore, Senior Vice President, Head of European Data and Evidence Networks at IQVIA, will deliver a podium presentation on ‘A Proposed, Scalable Approach to Implementing Innovative Payment Agreements’ on Monday 4 November, 14:45-15:00, in Breakout session 2, presentation RE3 in the Bella Center, Hall C1 M0 (ground floor).

Ashley will present a simulated Real World dataset based on the Oncology Data Network (ODN) dataset, used to model two agreements: Duration of Therapy and Indication-Based Payments. The presentation highlights the challenges in using Real World Data for innovative payment agreements. It also reinforces the need for initiatives like the ODN that can support innovative payment agreements with highly structured, near real-time data. The presentation abstract is available to view in the ISPOR EU 2019 Program.

There will also be a CODE poster presentation ‘Oncology Real World Data (RWD)- Enabling Learning Health Systems’ included in Poster Session 2 (Cancer), Real World Data & Information Systems. The poster session takes place on Monday 4 November, 15:30 – 19:00. Please click here to view the poster abstract.
